Coming Back to Stillness | An Extended Yin Journey
Saturday · 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM · Balance Studio | European Village
What if slowing down is exactly what you need to move forward? We live in a world that is constantly asking us to go faster, do more, and be stronger. But what happens if we never give ourselves a chance to slow down and stop for minute? Coming Back To Stillness is a 2 hour yin experience designed to help you step out of the chaos and busy world of 'doing' and make space for you to slow down and have a moment in the calm world of 'Being'. Imagine 120 min where you don't have to go faster, you don't have to be productive, and you certainly don't have to do more. You get to rest your body in long held yin poses and release tension using somatic breathwork. We'll explore why stillness matters more now than ever, and what becomes possible when we stop long enough to experience the pause that reconnects you back to yourself so you can hear what you actually need. Most times moving forward doesn't require doing more, rather it requires slowing down long enough to intentionally choose what you'll do next. Perfect for: Anyone craving intentional rest, quiet reflection, and relief from the pace of everyday life. All levels are welcome, including those new to Yin. This special class requires a minimum of five (5) beautiful souls to come to life. If it’s calling to you, reserve your spot early and help the magic unfold. ✨ Discounted rates available for Unlimited Monthly Membership Holders.

Trick or Treat at the Village Open Air Market
Sunday · 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM · European Village
Something spooky is happening at the Village Open Air Market! 🎃 The European Village is all dressed up for Halloween, the spooky decorations are out, and we're ready for a fun Sunday with the whole family! **Sunday, October 25th | 11 AM – 3 PM** Vange Durst will be taking over Center Stage starting at **12 PM**, bringing the music and good vibes while we enjoy a little fall weather, shop local, and soak up everything the Village has to offer. **Trick-or-Treating starts at 1 PM!** Bring the kiddos in their costumes and come enjoy some Halloween fun with our vendors, who are getting into the spirit too! We're also excited to welcome some NEW vendors, a few familiar faces making their return, and of course, our amazing staple vendors who show up for us week after week. And we really want to give those vendors some extra love. Our market may be a little smaller right now, but the heart of it hasn't changed. The vendors who continue to show up, support us, and believe in what we're building are the reason we get to keep doing this. Without them, there wouldn't be a Village Open Air Market, and we're forever grateful for every single one of them. ❤️ So come spend your Sunday with us! Bring the kids, grab a coffee, shop around, enjoy the music, and show some love to the small businesses that make our Sundays so special. 📍 **European Village, Palm Coast** **Sunday, October 25th | 11–3** **Live music at 12 | Trick-or-Treating at 1** See you at the Village!
